Job Description

Location: New Delhi Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA Experience: Minimum 4 years in Learning & Development, preferably in BFSI/NBFC sectors Role Overview The L&D Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees, especially field and customer support teams. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on approach to drive learning culture and digital transformation in training. Key Responsibilities 1. Learning Strategy & Program Development Design and implement a structured L&D framework aligned with business goals. Identify training needs through TNA (Training Needs Analysis) across functions. Develop role-based learning paths for field staff, customer support, and leadership. Leverage digital learning tools to enhance accessibility and engagement. 2. Training Execution & Facilitation Conduct in-house training sessions (soft skills, functional, compliance, and leadership). Identify and onboard external training partners where necessary. Ensure seamless execution of induction, compliance, and product training programs . Facilitate workshops on customer service excellence, financial literacy, and digital transformation. 3. Learning Technology & Digitalization Introduce and manage an LMS (Learning Management System) to digitize training. Develop e-learning content and microlearning modules for remote workforce training. Track and analyze training effectiveness using digital tools and assessments. 4. Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement Measure learning impact through KPIs like performance improvement, completion rates, and business outcomes. Continuously refine learning programs based on feedback and analytics. Partner with leadership to build a learning culture and career progression pathways. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 4 years in Learning & Development, preferably in BFSI/NBFC sectors. Education: MBA/PG in HR, Training & Development or related fields. Strong expertise in TNA, facilitation, and digital learning tools . Hands-on experience with LMS, e-learning modules, and virtual training . Ability to work with diverse teams, especially field staff and customer support employees. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and program execution skills. Show more Show less
