About the Role


The Learning and Development Manager will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that align with our organizational goals and employee development needs.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the learning management system and maintain training records.

Qualifications



  • MBA in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.


Required Skills



  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning tools.
