About the Role

Senior Executive – Learning & Development

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales and behavioral training programs.
• Manage the full training cycle – from Training Needs Identification (TNI) to delivery and post-training evaluation.
• Facilitate engaging sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.
• Drive learning impact by focusing on measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align learning with business goals.
• Leverage blended and digital learning methods for scalable and effective delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in full-cycle training delivery.
• Strong facilitation skills for both

  in-person and virtual

  audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Proactive, creative thinker with a strong business orientation.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Certifications in

  training, facilitation, or organizational development (OD)

  .

• Train-The-Trainer (TTT)

  certification from a reputed institute.
• Experience with

  digital learning tools

  .
• Prior experience designing training for

  sales teams

  .
