Required Skills :

• Should have 2+ year of experience in Learning and Development.
• Handle technical training schedule end to end
• Connect with Business to understand the requirement
• Identify internal SMEs and align training agenda
• Schedule trainings and ensure all communications
• Produce live training sessions and complete all attendance and participation tracking
• Maintain training data and documentation, leveraging analytics to provide insights and assist leadership in decision making
• Administration of our Learning Management System
• Prepare monthly technical training calendar and design communications around it
• Manage learning team email inboxes and assist people with their learning queries
• Manage training/certification reimbursement as per established process
• Support internal/external audits with data inputs

• Understanding of analytics tools (Lookerstudio, PowerBI or any other)
