L&D Specialist


What You’ll Do

  • Act as the single point of contact for all org-wide L&D initiatives.
  • Design and implement learning strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify capability gaps through performance data and stakeholder inputs.
  • Lead execution of onboarding, functional, leadership & behavioral programs.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to drive learning outcomes.
  • Track and measure training effectiveness using analytics and feedback.
  • Manage internal LMS content and coordinate with external vendors/SMEs.
  • Own communication, reporting, and dashboards for all learning initiatives.


What You Bring

  • 3–4 years of L&D experience (preferably in Tech/SaaS/HR Tech environments).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles & instructional design.
  • Hands-on with LMS platforms, content creation, and digital tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on impact & ROI of programs.
  • Excellent facilitation, project management & stakeholder engagement skills.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Certifications in Instructional Design or Train-the-Trainer (TTT).
  • Experience with AI/ML in learning, analytics tools, or OKR frameworks.
