Job Title: Sales Trainer BPO Location: NOIDA 135 Department: Training & Development Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internaional Sales Trainer to join our BPO team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and improving training programs that enhance the selling skills and product knowledge of our sales representatives. This role requires a strong understanding of BPO sales processes, coaching techniques, and performance improvement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging sales training sessions for new hires and existing agents (classroom and virtual). Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, assessments, and job aids. Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and recommend solutions. Coach underperforming agents and provide one-on-one training to improve KPIs. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align training content with campaign goals. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Maintain training logs, reports, and documentation for compliance and audit purposes. Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate best practices into training programs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 24 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, ONLY in a BPO environment. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office tools and learning management systems (LMS). Ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams. Flexible to work in shifts as per business needs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outbound/inbound voice processes IN SALES. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should have experience into International Voice Sales Training Excellent communication in English. Comfortable with graveyard shifts.
