Job Description

Proven experience in LMS end to end Administration including user management, content upload and configuration, course assignments, reporting and analytics, system troubleshooting, and liaison with LMS vendors for issue resolution and enhancements. Should be able to create content based on the inputs and learning agenda. Design, develop, and deliver training programs across departments through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultations with managers. Ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs Facilitate or coordinate induction programs for new hires. Conducted structured New Hire Training Programs for Management and Graduate Trainees, focusing on organizational orientation, core skills, functional knowledge, and cultural integration to ensure smooth onboarding and early productivity. Coordinating with various Stakeholder (Trainer, Mentors & Dept Heads) to schedule Training Programs. Communicate learning initiatives effectively across the organization to drive participation and engagement. Assist in developing and implementing the organization's L&D strategy aligned with business goals. Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies Familiarity with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) methodologies and L&D metrics, with experience in identifying skill gaps, aligning learning initiatives and tracking training effectiveness through measurable outcomes.
