Location: Udaipur  ,Jaipur,

We are seeking a passionate L&D Manager to drive learning strategies, enhance employee development programs, and foster a culture of continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design and implement effective learning programs and training roadmaps.

·         Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) across departments.

·         Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address performance and upskilling goals.

·         Track training outcomes, effectiveness, and impact on business performance.

·         Drive onboarding, leadership, and soft skills training initiatives.

·         Manage external L&D vendors and partners if required.

·         Build a culture of learning through innovative and digital methods.

Required Skills:

·         3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or similar HR function.

·         Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and LMS platforms.

·         Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

·         Experience in IT/Tech or services industry.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is required.
