Learning and Development Manager

The L&D Manager will play a critical role in identifying learning needs, designing effective training programs, and promoting a culture of continuous development. The goal is to enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement through well-structured learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify learning needs via job analysis, appraisals & consultation with department heads
• Design and implement training strategies aligned with company goals
• Deliver training programs including soft skills, leadership, compliance & technical skills
• Evaluate training effectiveness and revise programs accordingly
• Collaborate with external trainers/vendors and assess performance
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS): content uploads, tracking & reporting
• Manage L&D budgets effectively and ensure ROI on training spend
• Support succession planning and leadership development programs
• Foster employee engagement through learning and career growth initiatives
• Promote a learning culture across all levels of the organization

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in L&D (1+ year in a leadership/managerial role preferred)
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with a passion for people development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
