Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with technical acumen to join our dynamic team. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting Agile teams, and translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and data flows, and will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between business stakeholders and the technical team. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements. • Create user stories, use cases, and technical specifications. • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. • Support activities such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Develop and maintain process workflows, data flow diagrams, and API documentation. • Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions. • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage scope changes. • Conduct impact analysis for new initiatives and system changes. • Participate in system design discussions and recommend improvements. • Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables across project phases. Technical Skills: • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst. • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA , Confluence , or similar project management platforms. • Solid understanding of APIs , system integration , and data flows . • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to create wireframes , mockups , and technical diagrams when required. • Familiarity with basic database concepts and ability to write simple SQL queries is a plus. • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
