Position : Trainee – Business Analyst

Qualification Required : BTech/ BE Computer Science, with a PGDBM/ MBA/ certification

in BA (CBAP/CCBA)

Location : New Delhi

Stipend : INR 23000

Job Requirements

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand Business needs and objectives and translate them into application and operational Requirements
• Design and document Functional Requirements, Technical Requirements, UI/UX specifications, wireframes, and mockups
• Define Workflows, Business Processes, Use Cases, and process-flow diagrams
• Create, manage, release, and maintain Technical Product Literature, including User Manuals, Installation Guides, Job Cards, SOPs, and Administrative Guidelines
• Customer Relationship management
• Act as a liaison between Business users, Product teams, developers, and QA teams
• Support project managers in scope definition, prioritization, and planning
• Clarify Functional queries during development
• Assist QA teams in test-case review and UAT preparation
• manage requirement expectations and handle Change Requests (CRs) with impact assessment and documentation

Terms & Condition:

1. Selected Candidate needs to sign a service agreement on day One. The minimum service period is 24 months after completion of probation period. The probation is expected to be minimum 6 months based on the performance of the candidate.

2. Selected candidate needs to submit the original marksheets/degree certificates of Class 10, Class 12, Graduation and Post-graduation (if any).
