Role & responsibilities

Regular reporting on a monthly basis and also track changes from a year ago on:

• Vivado and Vitis Model Composer (VMC) revenue reporting units, ASP and total sales.
• Vivado EVAL analysis – units, number of evals issued to the same entity in a 12-month period (1st

and 2nd) – break this down GEO, market segment

• AVP analysis – units, ASP, total sales, discounts given, entities purchasing an AVP, what is included

in each AVP – break this down by GEO, market segment. Also, the dates / quarter when we should

be pitching a AVP renewal to these customers

• Create a target list of EVAL customers to pitch AVPs
• IP analysis – units, ASP, total sales, discounts given and entities purchasing each IP - Create a target

list of IP customers to pitch AVPs

• Zero-dollar sales done in each month for Vivado, VMC, AVP and IP – Identify sales/FAE for these

accounts

• Vivado standard (free) and enterprise download/license tracking – by month, by GEO, and

excluding AMD, Avnet and students/universities. Create a list of universities/research institutes

that we could pitch Vivado Enterprise license and/or AVPs

• Vitis Model Composer license tracking – by month, by GEO, and excluding AMD, Avnet and

students/universities. Also track how many Vivado Enterprise customers buy VMC – break this

down GEO, market segment

• Vitis HLS ‘advanced features’ license tracking – by month, by GEO, and excluding AMD, Avnet and

students/universities. Also track how many Vivado Enterprise customers buy HLS – break this down

GEO, market segment

• Identify projects using VMC and HLS – correlate these with Design Opps in Salesforce
• Track Vitis Embedded downloads – this is a stand-alone tool for embedded SW development
• Analyze and report on Touchpoint survey results (200 responses per quarter)
• Analyze and report on WebTalk data after it has been implemented in Vivado. Ninad will take the

lead on defining WebTalk

• Create a customized analysis report on:
• What if analysis – pricing change, EVAL approval changes, IP pricing change, Zero-dollar approval

change, etc.

• Training modules (selected) tracking to understand adoption
• Track Versal Edge AIE-ML DSP design opps – and conversion rates
• GitHub design examples and tutorials download tracking
