Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to the ServiceNow platform team responsible for analysis, design, development and implementation of modules and application on ServiceNow platform
  • Support the configuration of application including, but not limited to Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Release, Software Asset Management (SAM), Configuration Management (CMDB), Project & Portfolio (PPM), Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Reporting / Performance Analytics
  • ServiceNow wizard for maturing platform capabilities and automating administrative tasks such as management of users, groups and roles.
  • Help transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans; Document requirements, develop technical specifications, maintain architecture / integration documentation
  • Works with product team to ensure user stories are developer-ready, easy to understand, and testable
  • Formulate testing approach, develop test cases, and deploy code into Production in defined releases
  • Formulate and socialize development best practices within ServiceNow, utilize studio and team development features within ServiceNow to maximize productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements:

·       5+ years of experience in the field of IT Service Management and Transformation services practice.

Hands on experience in implementation of ITSM is must

CSM, CSM Agent Workspace

UI Builder, Integrations/Scripted REST APIs

Playbooks & Predictive Intelligence

·       Client interaction and project delivery handling while maintaining a high degree of customer relationship and satisfaction.

  • 2-3 years of ServiceNow experience working on third party integrations preference with ADO.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and web development technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
  • Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies.
  • Experience in configuring Notifications, SLAs, Workflows, Users, Groups etc
  • Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
  • Experience to write test scripts for the integrations.

 

Certified in:

·       Certified Service Now Administrator

·       Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM)

·       Certified Implementation Specialist (VRI or SAM or PPM) preferred

·       ITIL V4 Foundation 

·       IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practices 

·       ITIL Service processes of Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request fulfillment, Configuration Management and Service Desk function.

·       Clear understanding of process-centric IT, the interaction of human-based and system-based processes and business events, and Service Management best practices

·       Excellent consulting skills - Requirements gathering and problem-solving methods, Communication and presentation skills and Client management

·        Integration of ServiceNow with other applications & toolsets

·       Service Portal development hands on

·       Hands on and good understanding on Domain separation.

· Java Scripting and Angular JS hands on experience

· Create and modify workflows

· Proven experience including full development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support) and IT service delivery management experience

·       Experience of working in an agile environment

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
