HR activities:
- Hiring candidates using various recruitment channels.
- Coordinating and improvising the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
- Create and maintain the employee records – for all existing employees and new joiners.
- Attendance and maintaining the Leave Records using HR portal.
- Provide salary inputs for the calculation of the monthly salaries.
- Manage training related activities – organizing, feedback, maintaining attendance records and sharing the required information
- Coordinate in monthly celebrations, festivals and other events.
- Maintain the general administrative matters on day to day basis in co-ordination with different stakeholders
- Must be adept at using various channels like Job portals, Social networking and other networking platforms
- Target-oriented approach is a must.
- Must have ability to work on tight deadlines and handle work pressure
- Must be aware of varied IT skills
- Thorough exposure and experience in a complete IT recruitment cycle
- Awareness of the statutory Labour Law would be nice to have
Admin activities:
• Support & Monitor Admin activities, housekeeping, etc.
• Monitor & maintain the admin records (security register, attendance, etc.)
• Office stationery and housekeeping material procurement
• Graduate with an MBA in HR specialization
• Minimum experience: 0 months to 2 years preferably in an IT Services organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using Email, MS Office – Word, Excel and Power point, LinkedIn Job Portal
Note: Candidates with good performance will be rolled over to permanent role over 3 - 6 months.
