Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and developers to implement technical solutions on the

  ServiceNow platform

• Design and develop solutions using

  ServiceNow best practices

  , with strong focus on OOTB capabilities
• Hands-on development using:
• Script Includes
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies, UI Actions
• ACLs, UI Macros, Portal components
• Perform

  code reviews

  and validate configurations done by developers
• Support and guide junior developers on technical implementation
• Develop and support

  integrations

  with other ServiceNow instances and third-party systems
• Identify improvement opportunities related to

  performance, security, maintainability, and upgrade readiness

  of overall IT experience

• 79 years

  of hands-on

  ServiceNow development

  experience

• ~5 years

  experience as a

  ServiceNow Technical Lead

• Strong hands-on experience in:

• ITSM (mandatory)

• CSM / ITOM / CMDB
• Solid experience with:
• ServiceNow scripting & customization
• Workflows, reports, dashboards
• Import Sets & Transform Maps
• REST / SOAP integrations
• Experience with

  code review and technical mentoring

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any one):

• ITSM
• CSM
• Event Management
• Discovery

Preferred:

• ServiceNow CAD certification
• IntegrationHub / Orchestration experience

Location

Hyderabad (Hybrid)
