The BPMS Leader will champion a strategic and ongoing business process transformation initiative, leveraging
SAP Signavio
and complementary capabilities as part of the broader
S/4HANA RISE implementation
. This role is pivotal in embedding a
culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen)
across the organization by closely collaborating with the
System Integrator (SI)
and internal stakeholders.The leader will drive
process transparency
, proactively identify
optimization opportunities
, and lead
cross-functional transformation initiatives
that align with the Group’s strategic objectives. This position demands a specialized skill set in
Business Process Management and Mining (BPMS)
and plays a critical role in ensuring sustained process excellence and agility across the enterprise.

Key Performance Indicators
- Lead and Govern the End-to-End Process Mining Lifecycle Take full ownership of the business process mining lifecycle across targeted functions, utilizing SAP Signavio and other advanced tools and methodologies. Ensure that process models, insights, and performance metrics are continuously updated, refreshed, and aligned with evolving business needs. Establish a sustainable cadence for process reviews and refinements, embedding process intelligence as a live, dynamic capability within the organization.
- No. of processes analyzed, benchmarked and optimized using SAP Signavio
- Frequency of process data refresh cycles (e.g., monthly, quarterly)
- Total / avg. time taken from data analysis to change implementation
- Institutionalize Process Excellence Across the Organization Drive a culture of operational excellence by systematically analyzing current ("as-is") processes to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for optimization. Leverage process mining insights to inform targeted interventions, streamline workflows, and enhance overall process performance, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

- Align Process Models with S/4HANA Best Practices Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, System Integrators (SIs), and internal teams to ensure that business process models are harmonized with S/4HANA configurations and industry-leading practices, enabling a smooth and value-driven transformation.

- Champion Continuous Improvement through Kaizen Lead a Kaizen-based approach to continuous process improvement by facilitating workshops, driving engagement across teams, and ensuring follow-through on improvement actions to embed a culture of operational excellence.

- Integrate BPM with the S/4HANA RISE Journey Ensure seamless alignment between BPM initiatives and the S/4HANA RISE program, focusing on process harmonization, standardization, and transformation mapping to support scalable and future-ready operations.

Define, track, and analyze key process performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and ensure alignment with strategic business outcomes.

Education Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech from reputed Institute
- MBA from Reputed Institute
Relevant Experience
- Total 15-20 years of experience with relevant experience in process mining, business process management (BPM)
- Hands-on expertise with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and related BPM tools.
- Proven track record of working on or alongside S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs, ideally within a large enterprise or conglomerate.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to apply Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma methodologies in practical, iterative cycles.
- Familiarity with SAP RISE methodology and its implications on business processes.
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- SAP Signavio certification or formal training.
- Prior experience in leading BPM interventions within a large-scale S/4HANA migration and steady state business
- Background in manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or similar industries (preferred but not mandatory).
- Working knowledge of change management and stakeholder alignment in complex programs.
