Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Energy & Resources, Hi-Tech, Retail, CPG, Travel & Hospitality, etc. Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models. Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa (hands-on experience preferred). Exposure to automation, RPA, digitalization, analytics, and process mining tools such as Signavio or Celonis will be an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio). Personal Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude with a "go-getter" approach. Quick learner, creative thinker, and adaptable in multicultural, global, and diverse environments. Effective communicator and strong team player.
