  Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Tester to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation frameworks, hands-on experience with Python-based tools, and a solid understanding of modern development practices including React JS or Python development. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Python-based automation tools and frameworks. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation. Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness of the automation process. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices in test automation. Work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables in an Agile environment. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in Test Automation. Strong hands-on experience with Python-based test automation platforms/tools (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium with Python). Experience in React JS or Python development is highly desirable. Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the financial services domain. Familiarity with performance and security testing tools. ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
