Primary Title: Business Development Executive

About The Opportunity

We operate in the Global Talent Marketplace & Workforce Solutions sector, connecting businesses with skilled freelance and remote professionals worldwide. Our teams support cross-border client acquisition, staffing, and partner development to scale projects across markets in North America, Europe and APAC.We are hiring an on-site Business Development Executive for a night shift role focused on international markets (US/UK time zones). This is a high-impact sales position for proactive, target-driven professionals who excel at outbound outreach and converting inbound interest into qualified opportunities.Role & Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting enterprise and SMB buyers in international markets during night shift hours.
  • Qualify leads, manage sales pipeline, and convert prospects into booked meetings or closed opportunities to meet weekly/monthly KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records—log activities, update lead stages, and produce clear handoffs to delivery/operations teams.
  • Handle inbound enquiries from overseas clients, conduct needs discovery, and deliver tailored value propositions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve pitch materials, follow-up cadences, and conversion funnels.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance through consistent follow-up and negotiation.

  • Strong spoken and written English; experience engaging with international stakeholders.
  • Result-driven mindset with focus on KPIs: conversion rate, pipeline velocity, and revenue contribution.
