We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation & Email Marketing Executive to identify and nurture leads through email campaigns and strategic outreach. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth through targeted digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through online research, tools, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
Design, build, and manage email campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement.
Write compelling email content tailored to different audiences and buyer personas.
Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead data and campaign performance metrics.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and targeting strategies.
Monitor and report on key KPIs such as leads generated, response rates, and conversions.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, or digital marketing.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue).
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Analytical mindset and experience with performance tracking.
Knowledge of B2B sales funnels and outbound strategies is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or SaaS sectors.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Google Analytics or similar certification.
