What You’ll Do Hunt for high-value prospects in target industries & markets using LinkedIn, email, and other platforms. Qualify leads based on fit, urgency, and potential for product collaboration . Work hand-in-hand with our Product Development Team to bring market feedback into our innovation cycle. Craft personalized outreach campaigns that get noticed (and get replies). Keep track of metrics, report results, and continuously optimize your strategy . What We’re Looking For Proven experience in B2B lead generation or business development. Strong LinkedIn networking skills (Sales Navigator experience is a plus). Excellent communication—both professional and persuasive . CRM know-how (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). Bonus points if you’ve worked with SaaS or tech product companies. Qualifications Skills in identifying New Leads and Lead Generation Proficiency in Market Research and Communication Experience in Sales Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to multitask Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the software industry is a plus
