Job Description

At Salesable.io, we are seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generation
Executive to join our Wealth Consulting division. You will be responsible foridentifying and qualifying potential High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)interested in investing in our Real Estate Fund. Your core mission will be tobuild and maintain a robust investor pipeline through outbound efforts,networking, and strategic outreach. This is a pre-sales role, where yourefforts will support our Business Development and Fundraising teams inconverting prospects into investors.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and reach out to HNI prospects via cold calling, email
campaigns, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Generate qualified leads with genuine interest in real
estate/investment fund opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy, consistent pipeline of prospective investors.
  • Client Engagement
  • Conduct initial calls to assess investment goals, risk appetite, and
suitability.
  • Explain the Real Estate Fund’s structure, benefits, and performance
potential.
  • Schedule meetings or detailed sessions with senior Wealth Managers
or Investment Advisors.
  • Research & Market Intelligence
  • Monitor trends in real estate bonds, wealth management, and
investment domains.
  • Segment and understand HNI investor behavior and preferences to
refine outreach.
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Accurately log leads, interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM.
  • Submit daily/weekly performance reports (leads generated, meetings
arranged, conversion metrics).
  • Coordinate with Business Development and Fundraising teams to
align on goals and strategies.
Key Requirements
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a
related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, pre-sales, or
wealth consulting (experience in BFSI, real estate funds, or investment
products is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability in HNI prospecting or acquisition.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and investment/financial products is
advantageous.
