2. Position Overview

Sr. Lead Generation Executive / Assistant Manager

3. Primary Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls / emails to prospects; follow up and nurture leads
• Maintain and enrich a database of ICP-fit companies & contacts
• Achieve personal and team KPIs for calls, emails, appointments & SQLs
• Proactively spot new business opportunities in assigned sectors
• Professionally route qualified leads to the field sales team & book meetings
• Uphold prompt, polite, and brand-aligned communication standards

4. Secondary Responsibilities

• Conduct desk research to discover & pre-qualify new accounts
• Keep current on product/service updates and industry trends
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities where relevant
• Assist other departments with lead-gen insights or data, as needed

5. Education & Experience(Must-Have)

• 2 + years of proven B2B lead-generation experience specifically selling ERP solutions—ideally SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or managed services

• Total 1–3 years overall B2B sales/lead-gen background
• Experience supporting hyper-growth organisations is an advantage
• Highly organised, self-driven, and eager to build new skills
• Positive, structured approach to objection handling
