Lead
Campaign Analyst with
8-12 years of experience, passionate about client success, team leadership, digital marketing, media planning, and campaign operations. In this role, you will be responsible for planning digital display campaigns aligned with client strategies, processing inputs from sales, and accomplishing media planning activities using various workflow tools and in-house digital platforms. You will configure campaign settings, review creative assets, and build line items to ensure accurate campaign setup and successful delivery.
As a Lead Campaign Analyst, you will collaborate with global Sales teams and internal partners throughout the campaign lifecycle. You'll play a key role in ensuring the team delivers flawless outcomes across campaign lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle across multiple clients and platforms, ensuring quality, timeliness, and achievement of client Key Performance Indicators.
- Lead and mentor a small team (3-4 members) responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting, providing coaching and guidance.
- Translate client requirements into executional workflows, ensuring accurate documentation of campaign briefs and requirements in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/JIRA/Salesforce).
- Monitor and enforce process subject area by reviewing team-created tickets for accuracy, prioritization, and completeness.
- Act as an escalation point for campaign delivery issues, troubleshooting challenges, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (Account Management, Creative, Analytics).
- Drive optimization strategies by reviewing performance data, recommending improvements, and guiding the team in execution of A/B tests, targeting refinements, and budget pacing.
- Maintain campaign governance and system hygiene by conducting regular audits of campaign and ticket data, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal standards.
- Foster collaboration and efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing turnaround times, and ensuring seamless communication between offshore and onsite teams.
- Report on team performance and campaign outcomes, consolidating insights into actionable recommendations for client and leadership discussions.
Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in digital media, team management, ad operations.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital/retail media and display/video campaign management (preferred).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical/non-technical partners.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach with a passion for process improvement and automation.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of working across teams and departments to achieve goals.
- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically.
- Great teammate with accountability and a collaborative perspective
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
