About the team:

Payment Strategy and operations remit includes Procure-to-Pay Operations, Partner Payments (Co-brand, Client Incentives, TLS, etc.), First-Line Payment Risk Governance and the Corporate Card, and Travel & Expense Program. Our Procurement & Supplier Payment Operations team is responsible for Disbursements, Colleague Travel and Expense processing, and Partner Payments. Our Analytics and Reporting team provides data-driven insights for GSM processes.

Role Description:

• Be a part of the team managing operations process involved int the Procure to Pay cycle.
• The colleague would be required to consistently understand and exceed Customers Requirements whilst always ensuring effective Teamwork.
• The colleague should be able to maintain High Accuracy and Productivity Standards in compliance to policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payables/Finance domain.
• Good communicator with problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Relationship management, Attention to details and accuracy. Must Have Sound Analytical Skills.
• Oracle, Ariba, OCR, Concur, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, service now knowledge preferred

Leadership Skills:

• Excellent relationship and influence management skills with the ability to build productive relationships across teams and levels of seniority.
• Self-confident with a strong sense of integrity and the ability and willingness to challenge and be challenged.
