Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.  Lead Analyst 
LMS Strategy Strategic PlanningDevelop and implement a comprehensive LMS strategy that aligns with the diverse needs of a portfolio of companies.Portfolio ManagementOversee the deployment and optimization of the LMS platform across multiple companies, ensuring consistency and scalability.Customization and FlexibilityEnsure the LMS is adaptable to meet the specific needs and objectives of each company within the portfolio.Innovation and TrendsStay informed about emerging trends in digital learning and LMS technology, implementing innovative solutions across the portfolio. Best Practices and Integrations Vendor and Partnership ManagementManage relationships with LMS vendors and partners to ensure optimal service and support.Technology IntegrationLead the integration of advanced digital tools and technologies into the LMS to enhance learning capabilities across companies.Best Practices DevelopmentEstablish and promote best practices for LMS usage and integration across the portfolio. Learning Analytics Data-Driven InsightsUtilize data analytics to provide insights into learning trends and effectiveness, driving strategic decisions and improvements.Performance MetricsEstablish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the impact and success of LMS initiatives.Continuous ImprovementFoster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback and implementing enhancements across the portfolio. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Required: Bachelor??s degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in digital learning, e-learning, or instructional design.Proficiency in LMS platforms, with specific Workday LMS experience. Knowledge of integrating digital tools and technologies into LMS systems.Proven track record in managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems.Experience in strategic planning and implementation.Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools related to LMS usage
