Job Description

KAM should have strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication
and presentation skills.
Competencies:
o Business Acumen Key Accounts Management, Project Sales B2B Sales.
o Relationship Management Turnkey Interior contractors, PMCs, Interiors
Designers.
o Experience: 5-6 Years of experience in Project / Key Account Sales in Building
Material Industry related to Interior works.
o Should be Adaptable and have an excellent sense of collaborative work.
o Achievement Orientation
o Resource Utilization, Team effectiveness, Coaching.
Sales Objectives:
o Achievement of Sales for assigned geography/assigned set of Key Account customers.
o Drive conversion of sales opportunities in line with annual and quarterly sales plan
o Monitor and ensure achievement of sales plan by Key Customers, Interior
Contractors Builders.
o Preparing regular reports on progress and goals, and forecasting for internal
and external stakeholders.
Key Account Management: (CRM)
o Develop and maintain long-term relationship with key Accounts to extract maximum
business.
o Act as the main point of contact between the company and Key account.
o Understand the client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their
requirements.
o Create strong engagement and partnership esp. with large Turnkey Contractors,
Interior Contractors and Projects.
o Identify Key Accounts in the area, influencer network in key accounts and execute
strategy to tap the business.
o Improve service levels to Key accounts.
o Keep a track of sales, opportunities at key accounts and grow it above average
growth of the Division
o Capture information w.r.t. competition during customer interaction and record in the
CRM.
o Resolve complaints, queries of key accounts in an efficient manner
Contract And Negotiation Management:
o Negotiate contracts and agreements with Key Accounts to maximize profit.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all account dealings
Influencer Management
o Work with influencers and facilitate conversion of opportunities.
o Basis the inputs from influencers conduct trials at customers site to de-bottle the
issues.
o Share feedback with HO for getting the products specified

New Products
o Give timely feedback to Product Specialists/ Technical Service Manager on New
products launched
o Record status of opportunities for new products and share feedback with Technical
Services team/Product Specialists.
Support Role:
o Give regular inputs to RSM / ZSM on product level forecasting
o Co-ordinate with RSM / ZSM, Brand and Retailer in charge for activities pertaining to
Brands and Retailers
