Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts, including large enterprises and international clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, delivery, and satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for key accounts - from pitch to negotiation, closure, and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to provide tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Oversee invoicing, Purchase Orders (POs), and ensure timely collections in coordination with finance.
  • Track, analyze, and report account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve business targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings with professional presentations.
  • Strong understanding of AI & robotics market trends to position the company as a strategic partner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in key account management, or enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness, business processes, and client engagement.
  • Proven success in managing enterprise accounts, closing large deals, and handling C-level relationships.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales operations (invoicing, POs, CRM tools).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
