Job Description

As a B2B Sales Account Manager at Decathlon, your role involves leading the alliances for the Decathlon India Defence project and expanding it PAN India. You will create sustainable partnerships with Defence units for selling products, conduct regular India geography study to identify target Defence units, meet Defence Units PAN India with proposals, manage business from onboarding to delivery, and provide sports advice and customer interaction face to face, via phone calls, and emails. Key Responsibilities: - Project management to lead the alliances from end to end. - Account and multiple vendor management. - Core experience in sales/business development. - Demand generation tactics and lead conversion skills. - Excellent negotiation skills. - High ownership to plan and deliver on the business goals. Qualifications Required: - An intrapreneur with 1+ year of proven sales experience. - Passionate about spreading the benefits of sports. - Strong project management and communication skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
