Join Ventures is India's largest multi-category gifting company, offering a carefully curated selection of gifts, flowers, cakes, personalized products for various personal occasions and festivals. With a global presence, almost half of its orders come from outside India, and nearly one-third of orders are delivered internationally to over 90 countries. The company has introduced India's first Gift Discovery platform to cater to consumers" gifting needs effectively. As the Inside Sales Manager at Join Ventures, your responsibilities will include: - Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process. - Coordinating department projects to meet deadlines. - Reporting on sales metrics and recommending enhancements. - Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. - Using customer feedback to brainstorm new features or products. - Researching and identifying ways to boost customer engagement. - Ensuring compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies. - Fostering open communication within your team. - Collaborating with Marketing and Product Development departments to maintain brand consistency and drive sales. - Managing client relationships effectively. - Engaging in strategic account planning. - Achieving revenue and target goals. - Coordinating cross-functionally. The ideal candidate for this position will possess: - Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel. - Comprehensive understanding of the sales administration process. - Strong interpersonal and team management skills. - Excellent analytical and organizational abilities. - Numerical proficiency and a problem-solving mindset. - Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, preferably via phone. - Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities. - Proficiency in negotiation and handling complaints. - Persistence, results-oriented approach, and ability to manage customer rejection. - A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or a management degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.,
