Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:Develop strong, long-term partnerships with key customers (OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients).Be the main point of contact to address client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Sales and Business Development:Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products.Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to provide customized bearing solutions.Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Technical Expertise:
Understand technical aspects of bearings, including applications in industries like automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and energy.Coordinate with the technical team to recommend the right product based on load, speed, and environmental conditions.Market & Competitor Analysis:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.Develop strategies to retain existing customers and penetrate new markets.Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination:Work closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.Handle inventory forecasts and resolve potential delivery or quality issues.

Data-Driven Reporting:
Maintain regular reports on customer performance, sales, and revenue forecasts.Use CRM tools to manage accounts and track performance metrics.

Skills Required
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Expertise in closing deals and negotiating long-term agreements.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with bearing types (e.g., ball bearings, roller bearings, plain bearings) and their applications.Customer-Focused Mindset: Ability to understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.Project Management: Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams for customized projects.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive growth.Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for technical and commercial discussions.Challenges in KAM for the Bearing IndustryHighly Competitive Market: With numerous players, building differentiation is key.Supply Chain Issues: Managing lead times, inventory, and logistics is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.Price Sensitivity: Clients may demand cost optimization while expecting premium-quality products.Technical Expectations: Customers often require in-depth technical support and customization.
