What an Ideal Candidate Looks Like

  • Experience:

    1+ year in an MNC, startup, or reputed organization (e-commerce experience preferred)

    Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields;

    Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), dashboards, and data
  • Customer-centric:

    Proactively anticipates needs and drives satisfaction
  • Strong communicator:

    Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
  • Analytical thinker:

    Uses data to drive insights and actions
  • Collaborative:

    Works well across Marketing, Ops, Finance, and Design
  • Adaptable:

    Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong time management:

    Prioritizes effectively across multiple accounts
