Job Title: Key Account Manager

Experience: 3–6+ years (must have prior Account Manager / Sales Account role experience)

Job Summary

SN Technology is seeking a sales-driven Account Manager with proven experience in managing client relationships while consistently driving revenue across multiple products and services. This role requires a balance of relationship management, consultative selling, and strategic account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow revenue from assigned accounts across multiple products
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted business partner
  • Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and sales reviews
  • Understand client business needs and align SN Technology solutions accordingly
  • Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to close deals
  • Manage the full account sales cycle: renewals, expansions, and contract negotiations
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and account performance using CRM tools
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Handle escalations while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Client Partner
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling and managing multiple products or solutions
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to understand technical products and sell value-based solutions
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology product sales
  • B2B sales experience with mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Experience handling long-term contracts and renewals
