Job brief

 We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of

the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining

and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

 The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic

customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our

company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

 The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-

term success.

 The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's

revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided,

identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings,

conventions and training workshops. You should also be able to develop

relationships with potential clients.

 To be successful as a key account manager, you should be able to analyse data

and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies.

 Ultimately, an exceptional key account manager should be able to manage

multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.


Key Account Manager Responsibilities

 Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the

most income for the company.

 Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do

not turn to competition

 Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.

 Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

 Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales, and logistics

departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.

 Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and

preparing customized solutions.

 Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the

fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

 Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing

solutions that meet their objectives

 Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

 Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting

relationships

 Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external

stakeholders using key account metrics


Requirements and skills

To be successful as a key account manager, you must have:

 A degree in business, commerce, marketing, or related field.

 Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales or key accounts management.

 Fluent in English and two other languages.

 Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand client requirements.

 Knowledge of sales data analysis.

 Result-driven, action-focused, and a can-do attitude

 Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment.

 Attention to detail, high energy levels, and self-motivation.

 Excellent interpersonal skills to build a good rapport with key clients.

 Strong negotiation and leadership skills, as well as customer service skills.

 Ability to work in teams and independently with minimum guidance.

 Proficient in all MS Office Applications and CRM software.

 Prior experience in managing clients in industry.


Position 2 Account Manager – Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Exp Range: 5+ Years

Education: MBA Marketing

Industry Preferred: IT

 Experience in selling Infrastructure solutions, server storage, Networking Solutions,

Security solutions, System integration solutions, Mobility Solutions, Cloud Computing

Solutions.

 Candidates with Solution selling backgrounds selling IT Infrastructures, Data Center

Solutions, and System solutions Integration etc. required.

 Adept in handling C Level Transactions with CTOs/CIOs etc.

 Proven competencies in handling large customers and closing large size deals.

 Direct sales and Key account Management experience is a must.

SALES PROFESSIONALS (Account Manager):


Sales and Business development, evaluating market for new business opportunities, key

account management, handling of corporate tie-ups, maintaining relationship with existing

clients, implement defined marketing strategies, to achieve targeted sales.

The ideal candidate should be MBA /Graduate, identifying market for Company & Products

(IBM, HP, ACER) Look for people from SI ( System Integrator’s ) and from Hardware product

line of IBM, HP.

Generating new business, selling of IT Services, Maintaining relations with clients, etc.

Your major job responsibilities will include:

 Handling corporate tie-ups.

 Evaluation of the potential of corporate agencies.

 Collecting competitor information on supplementary distribution business.

 Retention, Enhancement & Deepening relationships with the clients

 To implement defined marketing strategies, to achieve targeted sales, to ensure increase

market share. To develop and maintain close rapport with customers.

 Should have the ability to work cooperatively in a team and proactive temperament.
