Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management (70%)

  • Manage and nurture relationships across several key accounts simultaneously
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client requirements, issues, and ongoing communication.
  • Coordinate regularly with procurement teams, supply chain managers, and plant personnel across client organizations.
  • Building deep personal relationships with client teams so that share of business can be increased. 
  • Transparent & continuous communication with clients, sharp ability to foresee & handle issues, temperament to handle client complaints and other such practical challenges. 
  • Ensure seamless execution of orders, timely resolution of issues, and high service quality.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business within each account (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Maintain a strong on-ground presence with regular client and plant visits (4–5 days/week)
  • Visit MJ Global’s plants as required to coordinate on client projects.
  • Coordinate with MJ Global Supply Chain team for RM planning based on client forecasts and Production team for production planning
  • Responsible for complete cycle from Client PO to Payment Collection including monitoring RM & FG levels maintained for the client. 
  • KPI will be Quarterly growth in revenue from clients, addition of new SKU’s, new developments etc. and ensuring no slow moving RM & FG
  • Tracking key metrics like OTIF, NPS etc.
  • Monitoring the work of CRM team member / s that are assisting on the same client. 


Business Development (30%)

  • Engage with targeted, pre-qualified potential clients across relevant sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement and decision-makers in prospective companies.
  • Pitch MJ Global’s capabilities and convert leads into long-term accounts.
  • Conduct plant-level assessments to understand operational needs and propose accurate solutions.
  • Quarterly target regarding revenue generated from new clients.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–8 years of experience in

    B2B Sales / KAM / BD

    in manufacturing, packaging or allied sectors.
  • Proven experience handling

    multiple accounts

    simultaneously.
  • Existing strong relationships with procurement teams in relevant industries (e.g., FMCG, F&B, Pharma, Consumer Goods).
  • Experience in field-based roles involving plant visits and operational understanding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, MIS and ERP systems.
  • A personal car is a must and willingness to travel Pan India for client meetings / client plant visits. 
  • Strong with numbers and Excel.
