We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Account Executive to support the daily financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, ledger management, invoice processing, and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, payments, and receipts. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all transactions. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. Monitor and report on outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments. Maintain vendor and customer account statements. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, PF, etc. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, auditors, banks). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred). 1–3 years of relevant work experience in accounts or finance. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally,) and MS Excel. Strong analytical and organizational skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience in handling GST and TDS filings. Familiarity with ERP systems. Good communication skills for coordination and reporting.
