Your Role

KAM role is crucial for managing relationships with key customers ie doctors and supporting team and driving product success and sales within the designated accounts. This involves strategic planning, customer relationship management, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market.
  • Customer relationship management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers to ensure retention and growth.
  • Strategic planning:
Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and align with customer needs and commercial objectives.
  • Sales and revenue growth:
Drive sales operations, identify new business opportunities, and manage negotiations and pricing to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Internal collaboration:
Act as the main liaison between customers and internal departments, such as marketing, sales, and medical, to deliver solutions and support initiatives by implementation of marketing and medical activities.
  • Market analysis:
Monitor industry trends, close monitoring of competitive activity, and market conditions to inform strategies and identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Customer support:
Planning and execution of doctor group meetings, training, and support to customers and hospital staff, and address concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and administration:
Maintain accurate customer data and provide regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and market conditions.

Who You Are

  • 5-15 years of experience in Pharma- Key account management.
  • Any Science graduate is fine.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities
