We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to manage key client accounts, ensure excellent service, and build long-term relationships. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping solve issues, coordinate with internal teams, and support account growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Act as the main contact for assigned clients.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain client records and prepare regular updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Support renewals and upselling where possible.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office.
