As a Key Account Manager, you play a crucial role in client onboarding and ensuring long-term success by aligning business requirements with product implementation. Your tasks involve collaborating with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes, proactively resolving obstacles, and delivering tangible value. This position demands a combination of strong business acumen, technical proficiency, and the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders assertively. Your primary focus is on monitoring key metrics, such as time-to-go-live, identifying escalation points, and guaranteeing a seamless client journey. Your responsibilities include: - Leading end-to-end client onboarding in coordination with solution experts from the product team. - Understanding both the technical solution and the client's business objectives to tailor the implementation process accordingly. - Serving as the primary point of contact from the business side, ensuring that client objectives are translated into actionable strategies. - Demonstrating decisive decision-making skills and a proactive yet professional demeanor to drive outcomes and adhere to timelines. - Proactively identifying and resolving client-side bottlenecks to expedite time-to-value. - Managing and influencing both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment. - Monitoring time-to-go-live and diligently tracking progress, escalating issues promptly to avoid delays and uphold client satisfaction. - Cultivating enduring client relationships by providing a seamless onboarding experience and sustaining ongoing success. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 4+ years of experience in a tech or SaaS environment. - Practical experience in onboarding new clients and guiding them towards successful go-live. - Profound comprehension of product capabilities and the ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business outcomes. - Previous experience in account management as a Key Account Manager or similar client-facing positions. - Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with a focus on driving outcomes while nurturing relationships. - Demonstrated proficiency in identifying and resolving client issues efficiently and escalating when necessary. - Comfort with working with KPIs such as time-to-go-live and performance metrics. - Strong business acumen coupled with a client-centric approach.,
