Job Title: Key Account Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Work Mode: On-site Working Days: 6 Days a Week Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM About the Company: Leads Sure Media is a results-driven digital marketing agency offering Website Designing, SEO Promotion, and Social Media Marketing services. We help businesses grow their online presence through strategic and performance-focused digital solutions. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will act as a single point of contact, ensure client satisfaction, coordinate with internal teams, and identify opportunities for account growth. Complete theoretical and practical training will be provided to ensure a strong understanding of our digital marketing services and processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with key and long-term client accounts Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Understand client requirements and align digital marketing strategies accordingly Ensure timely delivery of Website Designing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing services Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Coordinate with internal teams (design, SEO, social media, and sales) to meet client expectations Monitor project progress and campaign performance Handle client feedback, escalations, and renewals professionally Prepare and share regular account performance reports with clients and management Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and Google Business Suite Required Skills & Competencies: Strong client relationship and account management skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Good understanding of digital marketing and website development services Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred) Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Account Manager in a digital marketing or website designing agency Proven experience in client retention and account growth Why Join Us?
