Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Meta & Google Ads📍 Location: B-17, Second Floor, Noida Sector 3, Uttar Pradesh – 201301 🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM 💰 Salary: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA 📅 Experience Required: 2–5 Years Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization, and analytics reporting. Key Responsibilities:🔹 Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms 🔹 Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions 🔹 Conduct A/B testing on creatives and targeting strategies 🔹 Manage tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Tag Manager) 🔹 Generate performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements Requirements:🔹 2+ years of relevant experience 🔹 Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads 🔹 Familiarity with analytics tools and conversion tracking 🔹 Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification (preferred)
