Job Summary: We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads and Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing ad campaigns, analyzing data, and achieving strong ROI through strategic targeting and creative optimization. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Write compelling ad copies and optimize creatives for better CTR and conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS). Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize cost per conversion. Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and daily spend tracking. Set up remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns. Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to the marketing team. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
