Job Title: Team Leader – Tele Sales Company: Lead Sure Media Location: Work from Office Timings: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 6 Days a Week Job Summary: Lead Sure Media is hiring a Team Leader – Tele Sales to manage a team of telecallers focused on selling website design and digital marketing services. Candidates with experience on platforms like Justdial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Sulekha are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate a team of tele sales executives Assign daily/weekly targets and monitor performance Drive lead generation and ensure conversions Assist in client pitches and help close important deals Maintain accurate records using CRM and Google Workspace Ensure process adherence and timely reporting Requirements: 3 to 5 years of tele sales experience, including 1+ year as a Team Leader Experience in selling digital marketing or web services Background in Justdial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Sulekha preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Familiar with CRM tools and Google Workspace Target-driven with a positive mindset Compensation: Fixed Salary + Team Incentives + Performance Bonuses How to Apply: Send your updated CV to hr@leadssure.com
