About the Role

What you'll do?

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of key accounts—from onboarding and relationship nurturing to upselling and renewals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term value.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client goals and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and product demonstrations to showcase ongoing value and explore upsell potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed account activity and progress in CRM systems.
  • Adapt to Lloyds' learning culture—actively participate in LMS modules, team workshops, and contribute to knowledge sharing.


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Client Handling, preferably in B2B SaaS or IT products.
  • A strategic mindset and strong relationship-building skills to engage with key stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Curiosity to understand client pain points and offer consultative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Passion for technology, customer experience, and long-term partnerships.
