Job Description

Department: Business Development / Client Relations
Location: Mumbai & Ahmedabad
Reporting To: Business Development Head / General Manager

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth from existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s revenue and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/solutions.
  • Develop growth strategies within existing accounts to increase business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue potential new clients and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions and material.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Track client interactions, opportunities, and project status using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.
  • Provide after-service support and resolve client queries to maintain strong client satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate
  • Proven experience in managing client portfolios and achieving growth targets.
  • Exposure to the Electrical/Automation industry is an advantage.

  • Business growth within assigned accounts.
  • New client acquisitions.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of reports and forecasts.
  • Contribution to overall revenue targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
