We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to handle a select portfolio of high-value clients. The role involves nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling of research reports and strategic insights. Responsibilities: Manage and grow a defined set of key accounts. Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell tailored research reports and services. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications and support.
