Key responsibilities:
1. Independently close 60 hires per month without vendor support2. Source, screen, interview, and onboard sales team members to meet aggressive hiring targets3. Manage onboarding, performance, engagement, and offboarding processes4. Act as HR point of contact for employees and leadership5. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance6. Support and improve HR initiatives and daily operationsRequirements:1. Demonstrate strong communication and people skills2. Show optimism and self-motivation with ability to meet high-volume hiring targets3. Perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment4. Maintain a positive, resilient, and proactive approach
