Role Overview:

Were looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-loving HR Recruiter to join our growing team.
Your main focus will be on end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and on-boarding.
• Understand hiring needs by coordinating with department heads.
• Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Track and report recruitment metrics and dashboards.
• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interview panels.
• Conduct end to end HR interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
• Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and pre-boarding formalities.
• Support HR initiatives and internal communications about talent hiring.

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in events, media, or creative industries).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or ATS tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent- Kalyan nagar, Bangalore

Work from office : 10 am - 7 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
