Junior Recruitment Associate

As an HR Specialist at Jungleworks, your main responsibility will be to independently close 60 hires per month without vendor support. You will be in charge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding sales team members to meet aggressive hiring targets. Additionally, you will oversee the onboarding, performance, engagement, and offboarding processes while serving as the HR point of contact for both employees and leadership.
