Junior Recruitment Associate

As an HR Specialist at Jungleworks, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of independently closing 60 hires per month without vendor support. Your key tasks will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding sales team members to align with our aggressive hiring targets. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the onboarding, performance evaluation, engagement, and offboarding processes. Being the primary HR point of contact for both employees and leadership, you will be expected to maintain HR records meticulously and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing HR initiatives and daily operational activities. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Your optimism and self-motivation should drive you to consistently meet high-volume hiring targets. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive, resilient, and proactive attitude is essential for success.
